constipation in 6 yr old

ds is 6 and has snuffles, he's also a bit constipated and getting quite upset about it.

What can I give him to help? He's eaten a couple of handfuls of grapes and I've got some raisins, what else??

THanks Pixie, we've just finished a bath so that's good! I made it nice and full so the warm water was over his tummy.

I'll try a gentle rub too.
