lump on upper abdomen

my dd 15 months was getting stripped off for her bath and i noticed a lump in the middle of her upper abdomen. its about the size of a penny quite protruding but it doesn't hurt her if you touch it. its hard but not bone hard. any suggestions as to what it is or what to do? she has no other symptoms apart from her endless runny nose.

is it her xiphoid process?

googled for images and found one and it does look like that but her's seems to be further down than that. she is in bed atm but will give her and good look over in the morning.

coulld be a small hernia, get it checked.
