DS3 (2 yrs) over the past couple of weeks has had a bloody nose. Not a gushing bloody nose, but more of a small trickle, wipe it and it is gone. Also, he has had a runny nose and it has been more brown than green, so blood present.
I am thinking it might have something to do with the central heating and his nose being a bit dry, but then I'm not sure.
Should I take him to GP?
