I tried DD 3 with a liquid and she couldn't stand it so I bought the bassets pastils, the liquid had more than 10 times the dose of dha ( I think its called) than the pastils.

I know there is no RDA, but is it worth her having this relatively small amount?

Depends what effect you're trying to achieve, perhaps.
In the past I've hidden it in porridge,
This is the least strong flavour one we've found.

I hid it in her porridge and it made my kitchen smell like a whale's arse hole Confused no wonder they can't stand it.

I have found boots do a strawberry flavoured one which they seem to be able to tolerate which is quite strong and the dose is only 2.5 mls so not too much to get down them.
