my 10 month old is getting very upset each time she has a bm and it's coming out rock hard so not really surprising. She's mainly BLW but I make sure she has plenty of fruit, water and a little goats milk (she's dairy intolerant) as well as about four good sized breastfeeds each day, so not really sure what's causing this? She's going at least once a day so is she constipated? Do I need to change her diet?

I would go and see your gp, with the breastmilk I wouldn't expect her to be constipated, poor thing.
