keeps going very pale?

DS 6.3 has gone very pale a few times over the psat 2/3 weeks (and I mean deathly white), said he feels sick, been very quite. Then 10/15 minutes later been as right as rain and carried on.

Any one elses DC ever been like this,got any ideas what it could be??

maybe? He actually refused food when it happened Thursay at breakfast club - as he felt sick. They did get him to eat a peive of dried toast tho.
