DD 2.5 has just vomited once after complaining of tummy ache, about an hour ago. Immediately seemed better, wants to eat pizza now.

What would you do? She seems OK in herself but that doesn't necessarily mean anything as she has had similar before, wanted food, and then thrown it all up again straight away. Do we put her to bed with no food (hmmmm - not likely to work if she is not really ill) or offer her something light like toast and hope for the best?

IN need of advice because we also have an 8 day old baby and can't think straight.
