My DD has got a high temperature and a runny nose and I am willing to bet a lot of money that it is her second molars pushing their way through - I think the bottom lot are through but this is the top two. She has suffered with high temps with all her teeth. My question is, how long does it take for these second molars to come through - I know every child is different, but just wanted to see if anyone else has gone through the same with their children?
