8 wk old dd had her first set of jabs yest. Was grouchy so gave her calpol. She slept really well... Six hours new record. Just fed her and she just had some bright yellow spit up... Is this normal? Infection? There wasn't much and she seems happy enough. She's never had it before.

didnt want you left with no answer, its an odd colour, when my kids bring calpol back its always been pink still from what i remember? is she on abidec vit's that always comes back bright yellow? otherwise its probably tummy acid? although if she'd just been fed i would of expected it to be more milk? is she breast fed as breast milk colour can vary somewhat depending on loads of things?

but if she's happy etc probably nothing to worry about

ah hang on brain wave, went longer between feeds hence tummy empty so excess tummy acid bile produced, thats why it was bright yellow! pretty sure thats it, nowt to worry about ;)
