White spot in newborn's armpit

Hi,

I just noticed my newborn has a small white head pimple in his armpit. It doesnt appear to be causing him any discomfort but does anyone know what this is. I couldn't see anything obvious in any of the books.

Yes, it's a spot.

Don't stress babies get them too - doesn't mean a thing. It will go in a few days.
