My partner is very anxious. Our 8yo son keeps getting pains in his bottom or just at the tip of his anus. We cannot see any signs of fissures and the pain comes and goes randomly. He has been on Movicol to help with constipation but we are unsure if he was even constipated - if anything it has made him worse. The pain makes him jump up and down and he cries and shouts 'ow' he is compelled to touch his bottom and says it helps. He will be fine for a few weeks but it always seems to come back. Has anyone experienced anything similar or can anyone help.
