2.8 YO DS1 had diarrhoea all day yesterday (last bout at 6pm) and vomited violently once at 3pm. He's been fine today albeit a little bit sleepy, and has kept everything down with no dodgy poos (hasn't pooed at all actually). Would I be unreasonable to take him to a toddler group tomorrow morning? It will have been 36hours since the last symptoms.
