How long before bo poo becomes an issue?

DD, 6mo, hasn't had a poo since Tuesday, normally has at least one a day. Lots of very loud, intese straining but nothing happening. Started weaning, mix of finger foods and spoon feeding cereal, yoghurt etc. Need to do anything or be worried?
