Teething Already?

My DS is 12 weeks old and over the past few days has been showing classic signs of teething; dribbling, desperately chewing on her hands at all times, red around the mouth and generally being a bit grumpy!
I have a doctors appointment anyway so will ask then but I thought the didn't start teething until 6 months?

6 months is 'average' but to get average there have to be some before that and some later than that. My DD1 had her first tooth through at 15w but the dribbling, chewing, ear pulling etc probably started at 12w like you describe. Some (very, very few) babies are actually born with teeth!
Have you tried Ashton and Parson's teething granules? You can get them in Boots.

No I haven't tried anything yet, only today have I started thinking it could actually be teething! Thanks for the tip though I'll give them a go :)

My DS is also showing these symptoms and he is also 12 weeks.
He is being really unhappy at a couple of daytime feeds too and I believe sucking/feeding makes their gums sore if they are teething so I am hoping this might be the reason (rather than reflux, which I am also concerned about as he is sick quite a lot).
