Evening Primrose Oil - which brand?

I was advised at a recent breat check up (I have benign lumps) to take 1 grm twice a day.

The bit of paper I was give specifies Efamol Evening primrose oil.

Does anyone know if the make of EPO matters. Dhould I buy Efamol or is bog standard Boots own bran the same thing?
