Toddler in Italy with soft stools ... help?

Hi, Does anyone have any tips on dealing with this. My toddler (2 yrs) eats everything normally but we are on holiday in Italy and whilst she is still eating she has endless very soft nappies. We have made sure her diet is gentle and basic but are wondering if the water or something is causing this.

Anyone else had any simular experiences - any tips on how to help her. She is otherwise fine.

Is it a problem, just being soft, or do you mean liquid?

Are you eating out a lot? There may be changes in diet that you can't see - different ingredients like fresh tomatoes in pizza for example. Fresh juice rather than cartoned. And obviously water as well.
