DS, 4 has today been getting really bad stomach pains, has a mild temperature and just wants to sleep. VERY unlike him. He is pale and cries with pain when he has to stand up or walk. No vommitting. Could this be appendicitis?? He says it's ''bad pain'' not ''sick pain''. Not sure what to do. He's asleep next to me at the moment, on the sofa, just cried himself to sleep. Has done so about 4 times since 4pm, but the pains wake him up every time after about 20 mins.
Advice??
