My 7 month old DD fell while cruising and managed to hurt one of her front top teeth. It bled and now looks slanted inward. It is definitely not aligned anymore with the other one.
I would take her to see a dentist but I don't think there is anything they can do. Can they?
Does anyone had a similar experience? did it cause problems later when the other teeth grew or when it fell?
TIA

I would definitely take her to see a dentist and the sooner the better.
You'd be surprised what they can do and it would better to get a professional opinion than leave it to chance.
The main thing in these cases is speed because if the dentist can do anything they will need to do it promptly.

This happened to my dd last weekend. You need to see a dentist tomorrow. They have pulled my dds tooth forward and given her antibiotics as it got infected. They are hoping it will reset but some do, some don't. If it doesn't she will have to have it removed. It will almost certainly have died and may discolour. You really need to see a dentist ASAP.

DEFINITELY see a dentist. It would be cruel not to. They might say just leave it, but they might be able to help and she might be in pain.

Thanks all, I will try to get an appointment today.
She is not in pain otherwise I would have gone straight to an out of hour/emergency dentist Wink
