Ringworm and nursery

I've just had a phonecall from DSs nursery and they suspect he might have ringworm. I think they might be right (I had previously thought it was his nappy/clothing rubbing his side but now it's been suggested to me I agree that it needs a doc to check it out).
Anyway, I asked what their policy was about having him back in tomorrow if the dr appt wasn't til Friday and they were wishy-washy but I think that come 4.00 when I go to collect him the manager may say to keep him off.
I have called the drs with nothing available til Monday (but could get dr callback for an emergency - this would be uncalled for though in this situation wouldn't it??).
So I'd like your thoughts please on whether a) It's naughty for me to take DS back in tomorrow without having seen the dr yet. He only goes Tues - Thurs and has had this mark for at least a week already so would one more day really matter? and b) Does it warrant a dr callback (for emergencies really) or is an appt on Monday satisfactory?

Hi. Nursery are happy to take him til we know for sure due to it being covered up (just under nappy area on his side). So no need for any replies! Phew
