Last ditch attempt at fixing DD2. She has a hospital appointment this morning.

The story so far...

She has complained of feeling sick about 25 times a day, every day for the last 3 years or so.

She gets crampy abdo pain most days.

Her diet is crap (but normal for her). Bowels normal (for her).

She isn't ever sick - has an absolute phobia of puking.

It has never turned into anything or got any better.

Blood tests all normal - even had an OGD which was normal.

She is waiting for AS assessment and is a fairly anxious person but her levels of anxiety don't affect how or when she feels sick.

I suspect the docs will just discharge her today as there's nothing they can fix. But what am i supposed to do then?

Poor her, and poor you. How old is she? I did this as a child, and it was horrible. I was never sick (and was also phobic about it); it drove my mother round the twist. Eventually it just sort of abated - or I became more able to manage it. In retrospect, though, I wish I'd had some help with it. There was obviously nothing physically wrong with me, but I was terrified of one of my teachers (I think that's when it started). This was 25 years ago, of course, and nobody gave a toss about children's feelings. Is there anything that might be bothering your DD, however insignificant it might seem?
