6 months old has soft white raised lump where teeth should be?

She has one tooth cutting through on her front bottom, but I just noticed that she has a small white lump in a place where a tooth would be about 4 places down. I wonder what it is..a cyst?? It's quite soft and white in colour. It looks like soft tooth...

I'd guess it's a toothbud - i.e. a tooth that is still forming and nothing to worry about... but you could always get a dentist to have a look if you're concerned.
