early breast develpment?

hi i have a dd whos recently turned 4 she seems to have small boobs developing they are sort of pointy and you can notice them under tight tops , she is in good health and nice and slim i have a dd and ds also i would love if any one hhas any advice many thanks xx

See what your GP thinks. S/he can refer you to a paediatric endocrinologist if necessary, as very early onset puberty can be slowed.

well she is extremly moody we have put it down to her being a bit of a difficult child and not thought anything more of it untill now , think ill get her in with the gp to be sure thanks xx
