Anyone co-sleep with a Memory foam matress?
I have been but have been told by HV that it may be a bit to hot...surely if i adjust my littleones blankets accordingly she should be OK...she always wakes up with cold hands and face!! Plus I always ensure she is under her blankets and not my duvet...comments be appreciated

Memory foam mattresses certainly get warmer than normal ones, but provided you are being sensible (which you are) there shouldn't be a problem. There are loads more memory foam mattresses about and we've not had a massive increase in overheated babies so far. Babies are not good at regulating their temperature so it may be more problematic if they are ill and feverish. As you say its the duvet as well as the mattress that causes overheating.
