7 week old, with rash on cheeks

My 7 week old daughter has developed a rash on her cheeks. They look like tiny pimples. Any idea what it is and what is the likely cause of it?

Do you use baby wipes on her face? It could be the alcohol in the wipes if so as babies skin is too sensitive for it yet. It sounds similar to what my DS developed about that age, we stopped using the wipes (only for his face, still used them elsewhere) and it cleared up.

My son had pimples on his face that the doctor said where caused by the hormones being passed from mother to daughter. They do go away, and they did, they don't hurt and its just temporarily. But ask your doctor anyway.

Sounds like baby acne, if you google it, it's very common and normally clears up on its own.
