CHICKEN POX???

My 2YO has just got over quite a bad viral infection, her poo is still white. I've just noticed she has 4 or 5 red spots on her scalp, could this be the virus or the dreaded pox??

From my experience, chicken pox covers the whole body - milder forms tend to manifest themselves in the abdomen. Why is her poo white?

My dd often gets post viral rashes. The spots are generally smaller than chicken pox and don't fill up with fluid. Just noticed this is a couple of days old now so it will either have turned in to the pox by now or not!
