Chicken pox - when is DD NOT contagious?

We are in to day 5 of the rash. The spots are still there but scabbing over. No new ones.

When can she play with other kids again? No fever now. Do I have to wait til all spots go or until all spots have scabbed?

Thanks.

It's the fluid inside that has the infection inside them so it's when the last spot scabs over Smile

normally ok 5-7 days after the spots appear. They have to be scabbed over to not be contagious any more.

Thanks. Looks like we are nearly there then thank goodness!
