Reaction to 1st vaccinations?

DS had his 1st set of vaccinations on THursday afternoon. He has been suffering with very watery, yellow poos all day today. Could this be a reaction to the vaccinations. He is otherwise fine in himself and had no temperature or any other reaction at the time of the jab.

IIRC DD had diarrhea after the first two sets of jabs. Doctor told me that it's not possible/v.likely but then I read the notice for the DTP vaccine and it listed diarrhea as one of the more rare side effects- so yes, it sould well be that.

Thanks. I read that too so was just checking. Can I ask how long it lasted and when it began?

I think for about a week the second time- don't remember the first time- but she ate as usual, had plenty of wet nappies etc. I think it started the next day, not too long afterwards in any case. If he seems fine than don't worry, but of course at any sign of dehydration you need to take him to a GP.

That sounds about right. He's great in himself, just grim nappies!!
