White 'spot' on inside of 5mo DD's toe

Hello

I noticed earlier today that my 5 month old DD has a hard white spot on the inside of one of her toes. She also has a smaller one on one of her other toes on closer inspection.

Any ideas? Looks like the sort of thing you might get from ill fitting shoes rubbing or similar pressure type thing, but she's not walking or wearing shoes!

nails from the toes next door digging in?

Yes, could be that perhaps. Just seemed odd finding anything like that on a little baby's otherwise soft feet!

It's like a small hard pimple sized white spot.

My first thought was a wart/verruca. It does have the look of a wart. I just thought it unlikely that such a young baby get such a thing.

If that is the case, I wonder if I could treat it?
