Nervous 7 month old baby

Maybe i am being silly but I'm worried about my little girl (7mo) who is very nervous! She seems to be a very happy baby most of the time, smiling, playing, interacting with people etc. But when I have to do something she doesn't like, things as simple as putting cream on her face or dressing her up, she gets sooooo nerouse! Properly Pissed off I would say!!! She starts kicking me, screaming etc. She looks at me with so much hate in her eyes that I get scared! Seriously!!! I've just read about babies being over sensitive to stimulations such as touch, sound, taste etc. She's already beebread diagnosed with increased muscel tone. Apparently it could be linked.
Has anybody heard of such behaviour/condition?

If its just the dressing and limb moving that she complains about it could be some stiffness in her limbs and she is uncomfortable having them moved. If however she can be moved freely when playing etc. its probably that she just doesnt like it! Some children with cerebral palsy and/or brain injury are more sensorily irritable to touch, noise, pain etc. I would discuss with your HV or, if you have a physio, with them.
