I have been reading about Vit D drops for children and would like to get some for my sons (5 years and 19 months).

Thanks.

we use the chewy bassetts vitamins for dd and ds

oh sorry your other ds is only 19 months - abidec maybe for him

I looked for these as my 2 are dark and I was worried about lack of vit D. I could not find any so ended up using multi-vitamins. Firstly they had Abidec as it comes with a syringe and is easier for younger babies and then moved onto the wellkid multi-vitamin liquid (taken from a teaspoon).

Floradix have a good vitaminsupplement for children called kindervittel. It's all natural (from plants) and has lots of vitamins (incl vit d) as well as calcium and iron. It tastes quite nice and it's a liquid so you can put it into juice if your dcs don't like taking vitamins.

thanks fro your replies ladies.
DS1 is a bit odd and wont eat sweets or drink juice so i cant disguise it so it needs to taste ok.
DS2 on the other hand will eat ANYTHING .
