dd really lethargic, just wants to sleep

She was sick 3 times this morning and has a slight fever but no diarrhoea. Just sleeps all the time and won't leave my arms. This is not just a tummy bug is it?

no I don't think so but sleep is probably doing her a lot of good.

i suspect a UTI... she had one of those in april
