no appetite, listless 2 year old?

He doesn't have a temp but hasn't eaten much at all since Friday. Refused his breakfast today and won't even drink water or his beloved milk.
I'm thinking to ring the doctors tomorrow?
He hasn't moved off the sofa today and he is usually very active.

If he hasn't had any fluids for more than 6 hours, I'd ring NHS Direct today. Babies can get dehydrated quickly.

Oh dear, ok. he's had a sip of milk but nothing else and is sleeping right now.
thanks I thought i was over reacting even going to the doctors.
will ring them.
