No tips but my 2.5yr olds both still have it! DS1 who is 4.5 has finally lost his, it just went eventually, but his was not so bad.

my 11mo dd had it since birth. a few weeks ago, after months of using dentinox shampoo to no avail, i got boots own CC cream, smothered it on every night and morning for about 10 days and washed it off with halos and horns shampoo every evening. it is just about gone now.
