What's wrong with her and what can I do to help?

DD4 (22m) was sick at about 1am and 2am last night. No other symptoms and has woken up her normal self.

DD1 (7) was also sick last night, at 4am and 4.30am. Nothing more since, but she had the runs before she was sick; and again when she woke up at 8am.

We think it was some bad cucumber they ate yesterday evening by mistake. A guest cut it up for them, not realising it was 2 weeks old .

Anyway, DD1 is being very wimpy this morning (not unusual for her when she's ill; and I'm sure she's tired) and has been complaining of a worsening tummy pain all morning. She's not looking pale or anything, and no temperature. And no more vomitting. She thought she was hungry first thing this morning, but hasn't really been able to eat anything. She feels any nibbles she has had are making her tummy worse.

So, can anyone help me decide what I could do to help her? She is a child who does need distracting from things sometimes, but I do believe her that her tummy is hurting.
