This is a follow on thread from the one about aqueous cream and eczema.

I went back to the Doc's about DD's eczema as her skin is peeling quite badly and it is itchy again. We had used bepanthen for a couple of days which helped a bit but not great.

We stopped using aqueous cream as I think it was making it worse.

The doc has prescribed HealthE Fatty Cream (we are in NZ), and it has exactly the same ingredients as aqueous cream plus a few others.

I am really reluctant to use it. Should I see what happens and go back to the doc?

ps we have also been given an antibiotic and a form for allergy testing.

The Aveeno range is great, oat based. Not sure if you'll get it in NZ.

Second Aveeno, has been like a miracle for my dds poor legs. Not sure if you will get it, but you may be able to buy online.
