My DD1 5yrs old has a sore tongue, this evening she has developed a really white tongue with white sort of starter ulcers maybe?

So throat infection we think, we will take her to GP tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has had similar experience? NHS Direct/internet is full of red spots etc anyway not Foot n mouth not strep. Treating with cold milk, calpol and sleep atm.

thrush patches often start as filmy whitish patches on the inside of the mouth. As it advances, they get the white curd on top.
