Any ideas what this might be? DD has white/cream type thing which keeps appearing around her bottom. At first thought it was dry skin, then wondered if it was thrush as she has had oral thrush. Showed it to the health visitor who thought it was sudocrem not dried in (it isn't but really does look a bit like that).

Any ideas? We're taking her to docs tomorrow but wondered what it could be. Don't think it's nappy rash as it's not red and just at the back.

Sounds like it could be thrush, it's hot and they're in sweaty nappies all day! Hope your GP can help.

Sounds like some sort of fungal infection to me, and thrush is the best bet, hope you get a diagnosis today.
