Toddler's brushing teeth

Can anyone recommend any books to encourage my toddler to brush his teeth? I have lots of character toothbrushes and a small character sandtimer and he will happily brush his front teeth but won't do his back ones. We try and do these for him but often it ends up a battle, with him in a headlock(!) which is [obviously] stressful on both sides but otherwise he would end up with half brushed teeth.
Would be grateful for any tips and suggestions on good books!

Not a book but there is a Sportacus (from Lazy Town) clip where he brushes 20 times left and 20 times right, 20 times up and 20 times down. I don't know when my kids saw this but it really got them brushing well.

Open Wide: Tooth School Inside
by Laurie Keller (May 2000)

There's Maisie at the Dentist (or something like that). Not about brushing teeth per se, but when ours are being difficult about brushing we sometimes play Dr Biteright or Nurse Sparkle (the dentist and nurse in the book) and they visit us for a teeth brush. It doesn't always work but isn't a bad tactic!
