Suitable book for a 9 year old girl re developing

She knows the basics, we are pretty open but would like something for her to refer to. Nothing too graphic or embarrassing but nothin airy fairy either. She will no doubt share it with her 8 year old sister. Any suggesstions would be appreciated. thanks.

If you're looking for fiction on this topic, then 'Are You There God, it's Me, Margaret' by Judy Blume deals with puberty etc. I guess it might be a bit dated now but I remember it being pretty good.
