Hi, can anyone recommend good books for reading to a 3month old? Thanks

Anything, they just love to hear you. My dd has been reading to ds (5 amd 1/2 months) since he was born. Any old thing, he loves it.
Although if your going to buy some I'd recommend things that will stand thetest of time for your child, such as the hungry caterpillar, the gruffalo, each peach pear plum etc

Books with lift up bits can be good - we had one about a 'Little Farm' that had felt flaps rather than paper which were more robust - DD 3 in Feb and still gets it and looks at it occasionally.

Current favourites in our house (dd 4 1/2 months) are Dinosaur Roar, Calm Down Boris and The Big Night Night Book (Georgie Birkett). Also like Go to Sleep, Russell Sheep and Red Rockets & Rainbow Jelly,

The That's not my... are also good.

Another recommendation for that's not my... series. Ds positively beams when we read them to him

Sign baby up at the library - we always read DS1 books with more of a story from when he was 3 months as it's more fun for us too, and now he's 2.5 he really enjoys the stories.

If you have a choice of editions though, board books of full length stories are good because they're more robust in a few months when baby starts grabbing the book.
