I want a book that explain some of the changes she will so be going through. She's still young and don't feel she's ready for all the sex ed.

Also if their any good books for parents that would be great too.

8 is a good age for the sex-ed too. You want them to know the facts before she hears bizarre stories in the playground. and anyway ou can't have the changes without the "why?"
