Hi, this has been driving me mad for years now. In English Lit at school, so must have been early to mid 80s, we read a book about a boy (I think) who was one of the. few survivors of a virus that had attacked the population. I remember it having a cover that was the sky and clouds with a door in it. Of course I could have made all that up and confused it with something else. The book made a lasting impression on me, although obviously not its title or author
