Years ago, when we were kidless and young, I worked in an American school, where I used to read this lovely picture book to my 4 yr olds explaining what mummies and daddies lives were like before they ,i.e kids, came along. I prob thought it sentimental baloney at the time, but now I would willingly gnaw off my arm at the elbow to be reunited with it. It had a refrain that went something like, did you think of me then?, or something along those lines. Ring a bell, anyone?
