DH is flying to Dublin tomorrow and we were talking to the DC about where he is going and we mentioned leprechauns. The DC were fascinated and have been asking questions ever since.

Does anyone know of a book of traditional Irish tales suitable for 4 yo and 6 yo? Preferably that he can buy in the town centre as I am not sure that he will have time to do much shopping.

There is a series of www.amazon.co.uk/Irish-Legends-Children-Yvonne-Carroll/dp/1589802780/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid= 1228731737&sr=8-1these books which we got in Ireland last year. The DCs love them and they can be found all over the place. I think this Amazon link is a large format version but there are pocket versions which we have. The pictures are lovely and the stories ideal for that age. He will definitely find these in any of the bookshops in town or at the airport.
