Child safety book 60s/70s

Hear me out. One of DB and mine favourite books was a child safety book with 1 page coloured illustrations and then 1 page eg about how not to go off with strangers (pic of strange man holding sweets and children nearby). It was really well done. This was in the days where you could easily see a strange man in the park. Maybe not anymore?

DM has now lost this! We would like to read to our 7 year old son/nephew.

Any idea where we could find it or who would print it? I guess boot sales and old bookshops would be a good start.

I’m guessing it was morbid fascination for us as kids. but it was done so well it also didn’t scare us to death.

Play it Safe? It had a intro written by Jimmy Savile

No! Hell no! Savile. Probably more 60s to be fair. No photos.

I loved Play it Safe! I was fascinated by the photos of injuries.

Amazing what you find fascinating as a child!

Look online, somebody might be selling a copy.
