does anyone know what this book is called?

My MIL was talking about a book the other day that she used to read to her kids and she would love to get it for dd, its about three bears one has a rope one has a stick and the other has a torch, she can't remember what it was called so hopefully someone does, thanks in advance

Actually, I'm not sure thats the same one.
Was one of the bears a panda????
I can see it in my head, but not clearly enough to grab...
Actually I think the one Im thinking of had an elephant in....eek

my initial thought was berenstain bears the spooky tree but I can't think of a panda or an elephant in but def had bears with rope torch and stick
