DS5 loves space. We already have several general factual books about space.

I’d like a book about constellations specifically - ideally something which explains the stories of the mythical characters and features stars from the northern hemisphere that we might see. Any recommendations? Lots seem pitched at older kids but it’s hard to tell online.

We’d also like more picture books about space/planets/astronauts - either stories or factual narratives. He loves The Darkest Dark and the silent book Field Trip to the Moon.

Goodnight Spaceman, You Choose in Space and Look Up! are all favourites in our house.

Not constellations, but similar topic, The Usborne Book of The Moon is beautiful, informative and age appropriate (but goes on being useful reference for older children too).

Thank you. We have you choose in space and several usborne space books, but not the moon one, I think he’d enjoy that.
