Is this an ok book for a 12 year old?? Her school librarian has asked me to sign her reading diary to say I don’t mind her reading it. It’s well in her range of reading books she can choose from; I’ve skimmed it and it doesn’t seem overly bad (I was reading flowers in the attic at same age) .. just wondering if I’ve missed something?

My daughter read the series at 12 and I was OK with it - if you don't want to read them yourself, it is available on Netflix so you could have a quick look to see if it fits in to the kind of stuff you want her to read. It also depends on her level of maturity I suppose and only you can decide that.
