Books for 13 year old

My DD will be 13 soon. She is not much of a reader, but loved Lottie Brooks, Heartstopper, Lonely Ghosts Club and Frankie's World - so loves real life drama and graphic novels. She hates fantasy and sci fi.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what she could read next? I would love to get her reading again!

Raina Telgemeier's graphic novels are brilliant (I wish she'd write a new one 🙂)

Ooh thanks, I was looking at those. Are they okay for a 13 year old (year 8) would you say?

My dd liked the London Eye mystery ( so did I!) And the Robin Stevens books.

Great thread, I've added some of the suggestions to my Christmas list for my daughter!
