What do you think of Jacqueline Wilson?

I think her books are good for those kids that face really tough problems. She's a very creative author and I admire her for taking on subjects like this.

Yes & No sabaidii- if you are a kid IN these awful situations you might want pure escapism & NOT familiar terrible scenarios!!

I found them a bit too realistic when my DD's started reading them, but it opened their eyes to another way of life for some kids & they loved her SOH.
